■ My Home Cook Asam Pedas

First time I cook "Asam Pedas". Hmm...successful and it is so delicious and very easy to cook.



Serving for 2 - 3 persons...
1) Blend these (shallots-6pcs, garlic-3pcs, red chili-6pcs and Shrimp paste or belacan in malay)
2) Fishes
3) Lemongrass-2pcs
4) Pineapple
5) Ginger flower or Bunga Kantan in Malay
6) Turmeric powder or Serbuk Kunyit (a little)
7) Tamarind juice or Asam Jawa in Malay
8) Cucumber (optional)
9) Salt and Sugar

Come all my friends, visit me and I served you with my "Asam Pedas".

I like sourish yes..! but nowadays i got to be careful on what i eat.. so one word of advice.. eat heartily when young.. :)
