■ My Homecook Oven-Roasted Pork (Char Sio Bak)

First time I try out to cook my own char sio bak, and the result is not bad...taste good! Hey, dunno I got accidently bought a "rubbish pork" (recent hot topic!) or not huh! Don't care-lah, makan aje-lah!
My oven-roasted pork or char sio bak (in hokkien). 


Simple and yet delicious vegetable.
