■ My Home Cook "Black" Porridge

Picture show my "black" porridge.  Simple...but taste yummy!  It can be eaten as breakfast, lunch , dinner or supper, how good!    
















Ingredient :
1) minced pork marinated with (osyter sauce + thick soy sauce + light soy sauce + sesame oil + pepper powder + salt + sugar).
2) garlic and onion.
3) Optional : carrot, potato, baby corn, button mushroom and many more.
4) rice.

Method :
Fried the #1 and #2 for a while then take out and pour into rice cooker to cook them as porridge.  Easy rite!
